My husband and I absolutely loved our stay! The room was updated and clean, comfy bed. The pool was clean and water warm. There is also a sauna, gym, yoga, and relaxation room onsite. We will be staying here again on our next trip in the Dells & I highly recommend it.

Clean and convenient. My primary complaint is that I could hear conversations and toilets flushing in the other rooms. Easy check-in and check-out process. Probably better than a lot of places in the Dells, but not perfect either.

Room was very nice. Beds were comfy and towels were so soft. Coffee/fridge area was well stocked. There is only shampoo in the shower so if you need conditioner bring your own. Pool area was perfect for a calm afternoon.

The location is unbeatable! You’re within walking distance of the main downtown area where most of the attractions like boat tours and restaurants are. But the location is far away enough for each night to be peaceful and restful. The rooms were clean. The staff was amazing! The first night I contacted them about other patrons blasting music in the parking lot after 11pm. They got it resolved very quickly. The motel has everything you need. The beds were very comfortable. Parking was easy and free.

This was actually my first motel stay experience, and these folks completely changed my preconceived (and honestly negative) thoughts about motels. The check-in process was incredibly simple—no office visit needed, we drove straight to our room. The space was spotless, felt very safe, and every inch was clearly thought through and intentionally designed to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The prices were so reasonable, and we will absolutely stay again—hopefully getting to enjoy even more of their many amenities next time!

We were booked for 2 nights, but requested to stay for 4. Brand new modern but cozy rooms. Much thought and care was obviously put in to this place. Laid back and open nature of the Dells on a small scale so you have that more personal small town experience like Macinaw island. I think because the rooms had all new aircon, the air in smelled fresh and clean, despite smoke from Canandian wildfires. It gives a lowkey Sundara feel. I went in the sauna last minute, which at Sundara would not be so easy. It's brand new, upsacle, but modern, spa like, laid back cozy feel. Unique. The pool is about half in the shade under mature trees. Perfect. My friend and I's children loved it! Very close to my church and downtown too! I hesitated to review because I don't want it to be booked when we go again.

The outdoor amenities seemed to be under construction. There was an issue with my tub which was badly stained orange. The room was remodeled with new bathroom fixtures so that was a bit of a surprise. Management sent staff over to reclean the tub and they were able to remove some of the stain but not all. Otherwise the room was clean and comfortable.

We stayed here for two nights attending a wedding, and our experience was wonderful from start to finish. Before we arrived, the motel sent detailed instructions that made the check-in process seamless and hassle-free. The room itself was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. It came fully equipped with a microwave, mini-fridge, TV, and a coffee machine, and we were provided with plenty of fresh towels. Although we didn't have a car, we noticed other guests were able to park nearby without any issues. On our way out, we experienced long wait times getting an Uber. By pure coincidence, the owner happened to be around and kindly offered us a ride to the train station. While this was a unique act of kindness due to lucky timing (not a service guests should expect) it really showed how much they genuinely care about their guests and are willing to go above and beyond.

Wonderful property! Check-in was a breeze and person-less (you don't have to stop at the office). Very clean and the grounds are well taken care of. Quiet even with kids in the pool. Bed was comfy. The TV volume wouldn't go up very loud so we just used closed captioning. I'd definitely stay here again.
