What a relaxing spot. The Honeyeater birds and the Bees were amazing, and my old regret was not having more time to spay there. The old cars, bikes and tractors were an added attraction for me. Highly recommended.

I enjoyed my stay here. A great self-contained studio with everything I needed. I had a lovely rural outlook from the deck. Not far from town but NI is not a big island. They supplied a mobile with some credit for emergencies or i local calls. You definitely need a car wherever you stay.

We stayed here as we couldn’t find any availability online directly on our route. After a day driving and along a dirt road to reach here, and paying $170 for 1 adult and 2 children we were quite surprised to have the owner at the door at 10.06am telling us we were late in checking out. The car was packed and the kids were brushing their teeth for another’s days drive. It left a bitter taste in my mouth. The owner tried to be nice but didn’t come across as a genuine host that you’d want to return to

Nice getaway

Fantastic place to get away from it all. Very comfortable home with great views of the orchard. This was a one night stop over so did not get to explore much of the property. We would go back and spend longer another time. Lots of Kangaroos to be seen at dusk. Lovely wood fire which heated the house well. You need to make sure you take your supplies as closest shops about 10km away.

We loved the serenity of the property and the animals were a big hit with our children. The owners dog came up for a visit and had lots of cuddles with our kids. We would have given it a 5 star rating but the bbq didn't have any gas so we couldn't use it. Would definitely recommend to family and friends and we will visit again.
