"Condition and cleanliness of the overall property was good BUT the room had a strong smell of urine and the tub had rust. Could not be moved to another room because this hotel and neighboring hotels were sold out. Some staff members were more helpful than others. Close proximity to dining, shopping, interstate."

"The lady who checked us in was awesome wish I could remember her name. The lady Samantha who checked us out was great. My problem is I called front desk at 11:50 p.m.when we got back to the room on Saturday the 25th.tired and hungry and our room smelt so horrible. Like backed up sewage. When I called front office I was addressed as yes sorry hold on sir. I'm a women. When I told her she said hold on we will move you! I was like ok i have been out on the heat for 11 hours I don't want to pack everything up and move. Twice I told her what room when she came back on tried to say thank you for calling and realized it was still me and said sir your 209 right and didn't let me answer put me on hold again. I think it was like 10 min for the call. Well it disconnected us. She never called back NOTHING! so we had to smell that all night long while eating and sleeping!"
