"Great place to stay! Nice outgoing front desk staff. Brooklyn went above and beyond. This was my second time staying in property and I was a little disappointed that on a Saturday they didn’t have a one person band playing as in my previous stay. Kinda boring in lobby area without listening to some soft music with the whole ambiance."

"Great location for Lee’s ferry fishing, kayaking, SUP, raft trips, Paria river rafting. 40 miles to Page or Jacob’s Lake(cookies to die for). Restaurant with good food open 6AM-9PM(cherry soft serve ice cream is amazing). Gas station next door. We rent kayaks & have them back hauled to the petroglyphs past Horseshoe Bend."

"We enjoyed our time at this place - we had ample room and the kitchen had everything we needed. There are so many places to visit in this area you can get overwhelmed on what to do first. We used this house as our base camp and did day trips from here. Never even need to contact Andy - he let us know how to get in and provided links of things to do in the area - and that was all we needed. Recommend! The views area amazing."

"This place is beautiful inside and out! Jim and Julie are the perfect hosts. We were able to visit with their horses, goats and kittens. Everything you need is there. The night sky is stunning! This property was centrally located in relation to all we did. We visited Bryce Canyon, e-biked in Zion, Kayaked at Horseshoe Bend and UTV'd in the desert to Peekaboo Slot Canyon and the Great Chamber. Overall, I would say this is one of the best, if not the best, VRBO I've ever stayed in. 5 stars!!"
