The front office staff was efficient, but definitely not warm and friendly. No warm greetings and no smiles. I spent a career in Customer Service and I think they need more work. The hotel advertised a heated pool. There was nothing heated about that pool.

It was a bargain compared to other locations and the property showed this. We enjoyed the stay and would consider it again but I might lean toward paying a bit more to get more.
