"Just What We WantedThis condo is in an attractive and well-maintained complex just off the main street of the heart of downtown Winter Park where there is lots to do - summer festivals and good restaurants. Plenty of privacy and gathering space, but note it is quite vertical, i.e. lots of steps to the different levels. Wow, we guessed every appliance was brand new (and high end). With a well-stocked kitchen full of nice things to use like at home we really enjoyed the place. Bob, our host, had a delightful welcome basket waiting for us and wrote back right away with answers to any questions we had."

"Fantastic location--walking distance to Winter Park shops and amphitheater. Gorgeous setting on an amazing creek. So beautiful. The house was lovely and set up well for groups. Great house for larger groups. We very much enjoyed our stay!"

"Rooms (at least those I've stayed in) are larger than you'd expect with good-sized fridge (+microwave & coffee machine), smart TV and always immaculately cleaned. Plus AC -- which isn't always a given in mountain towns."
