The vacation rental has a new kitchen with light and bright cabinets, stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. The open floor plan consists of a living room and dining room with table large enough to accommodate six. A plush couch and chair with fireplace finish up the living area with the couch turning into a bed at night to sleep two more people.
The master bedroom features a King bed with large tv, perfect for relaxing after a day of play in Winter Park. The master bathroom is in the master bedroom creating a master suite. The second bedroom features two twin beds and a private bathroom, just ideal for singles or the kiddos.
Location: Building 7, 2nd floor. The building is located in the 5 to 9 cul-de-sac only a short walk to the Clubhouse.
Bedding Configuration: King in the Master bedroom, 2 Twins in the second bedroom, sofa sleeper in living area.
Amenities in unit: 42 inch television in living room and 32 inch television in master bedroom, Free Wi-Fi access, views of Winter Park Resort. Complimentary shuttle service on the free town shuttle. NO AIR CONDITIONING
Clubhouse amenities include heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with fireplace, flat screen TV and free Wi-Fi access. Meeting room and self-catering kitchen area available to rent for a fee.
Clubhouse amenities: Due to regulations set in place by the local health department, local government or HOA policies, not all facilities at properties may be available for guest use. There may also be times when clubhouse facilities are closed due to maintenance services. Please refer to your specific vacation rental information. All clubhouse amenities are provided to guest complimentary and therefore there will be NO refunds when these facilities are closed or unavailable during a guest's stay.
