Luxurious, professionally decorated, 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo on the Amenities Deck with hot tub access and amazing views of the village and slopes. This spacious unit will easily accommodate 6 adults with all the comfort and convenience of home. Brushed steel appliances accentuate a large kitchen and bar area meant to gather around before moving to the large dining table with room for 8. Relax with family and friends in the large living room appointed with leather sofa, 49" UHD big screen and cozy custom stone fireplace. Each beautiful bedroom has a king bed, 49" and 48" flat screen and plenty of room to stretch out. Master bedroom has its own bathroom for privacy and convenience. New custom carpet throughout the unit will invite you to take your shoes off and relax after a big day on the slopes. This unit features a washer and drier to keep your gear fresh.
Located in Winter Park's village newest building you can walk off the slopes and into one of the many restaurants and bars located at the base. You're just steps from the outdoor adventure base camp/ ski, bike, hike, alpine slide, tubing…explore! Sip on some hot cocoa on your huge balcony with large dining table before you step out your gate into the large shared spa and hot tub area. The large spa and hot tub area features new grills and large lounge chairs to relax and soak up the good times.

well located, quiet, and decently clean.Big negative:The sheets were stained (nobody wants that) and the comforters were clearly reused without laundering. I tried not to think about it. Yuck!Minor stuff: the entire unit was decorated with a multitude of big dusty faux flower arrangements. Cute, but with limited space they were just in the way. Also, the dinner plates were absurdly large and heavy. I know, sounds silly, but they didn't even fit in the upper cabinets and barely fit in the dishwasher.

The management and experience of the parking garage is very poor. I followed the directions given to me by Portoro to get a QR code through the online link for access to the garage, and immediately noticed the dates on the code were wrong. I immediately called and emailed several managers but the QR code was not corrected. 2 days into our stay we were unable to leave because the code was out of sequence, I emailed the manager but the problem was not corrected. The hot tube advertised with our rental was under renovation and when we walked to the adjoining building to use that hot tub it was also shut down.

This was our second time at Winter Park but first time staying in Fraser Crossing. We LOVED it. Super easy access to the gondolas and very roomy! We enjoyed the private patio area and the super small walk from the resort hot tub to the room (literally a couple of feet). We previously stayed at Zephyr Mountain Lodge but would stay here again instead. So much more room! The hosts are awesome and had a quick response time for any of our needs/concerns. 10/10⭐️

We had the best time renting this property. This is our 4th year in Winter Park and our first time renting here. The location was so great and made it so easy to walk over and grab dinner. And of course the ease of just getting to the mountain to ski! The condo is well appointed, warm, and very comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped and I was able to put together breakfast every day and a few nice dinners. Michelle and Austin were great and very helpful when needed. We didn't need much - but when we did reach out, communication was great! Thank you and we plan to be back!

We enjoy staying in Winter Park because it is easy, accessible, and is generally not crowded. We stay here, and also drive to and visit the other resorts. This particular condo is our favorite for both winter and summer, and we feel lucky coming back here at the end of our fun days. The location is perfect, and the condo itself is SO comfortable, clean, and feels like home. It is stocked with laundry detergent, extra linens, and kitchen supplies. The host is responsive and always makes us feel welcome. Looking forward to another visit.

Great unit! Close to the elevator, jacuzzi, and grills!
Kitchen had all the supplies we needed. Plenty of towels. Lots of hooks/hangers to hang ski gear. Loved it! Only issue, which the property manager helped us with promptly, was the fridge had inconsistent temperature.

Within walking distance to Winter Park Resort ticket counter & Gondola for skiing. Awesome place! We would have very much appreciated early check in (as far as we could tell, the unit was available as soon as we arrived), but we were not alliwed in until right at 4 pm

We was looking forward to a relaxing weekend at the condo and a nice ride through the rocky mountain national park. This place checked all of our needs. I would love to return again and play in the snow.
