Excellent value and location

Very relaxing setting in a lovely garden. It was homely, dinner served, friendly staff. Everything you need at a budget price. 3 km from the airport.

Wonderful Stay at Etango Ranch Guesthouse Etango Ranch was the perfect overnight stay before our flight. The staff were warm and welcoming, the setting peaceful with beautiful savanna views. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and well-appointed. We loved the fresh, home-cooked meals—especially the early breakfast for travelers. Just minutes from the airport, Etango feels far removed from the usual airport hustle. Highly recommended for anyone flying in or out of Windhoek!

An excellent place to stay in the Windhoek area, especially if you would prefer to be near the airport. The staff was friendly, welcoming and extremely attentive to all meds. The food was excellent. I would strongly recommend Etosha Guest Ranch for anyone needing lodging in or near Windhoek.

We stayed here for one night leading up to a flight from Windhoek the next day and absolutely loved it. It's a quaint ranch with cattle and ostriches on the property. The staff was very friendly, helpful & accommodating. Breakfast and dinner was great and reminded us of home cooked meals. It's very quiet and safe. Thank you to all at Etango for the hospitality!

A real gem! So pleased I chose to stay here. The welcome was warm & genuine & the staff were so friendly & efficient. Room was large clean & comfortable, the garden & terrace a real oasis & dinner was delicious! And only a ten minute transfer to the airport (at5am) with the genial owner. Am so pleased I chose to stay here 😊

Secluded ranch near airport + great staff!

We stayed at the ranch before our flight due to the proximity to the airport. I wish we could have stayed an extra night at the property to enjoy their nature walk. We arranged airport transport to the airport upon our arrival to the ranch and it was very convenient. Meals at the ranch were thoughtfully prepared - I’m vegetarian. And my husband enjoyed the meat options as well.

It is definitely okay it's not something you gonna love, but it's okay people are relatabily nice. food is okay. Rooms are, not the cleanest lodge tbh. but, it's okay. Don't look for fancy stuff here

Miss Caroline was friendly and the location was very convenient to the airport. The beds were hard, the frame creaked, and the pillows should have beef thrown away a year ago. The manager(?) Closed the common area at 8:30 PM. Since there was no WiFi and no TV in our room and the furniture was very uncomfortable, it made for a long evening.

The people there are very friendly and attentive to your needs. The pool area is cozy and nice to relax at. Food is always served with care to what you want. It is the perfect stay before your flight back home.

Such a peaceful place…

This was an amazing place to stay! I enjoyed the landscape of the facility, the room, and definitely the meals! I highly recommend and will return again in the future. It is also only 5 minutes away from the Hosea Kutako International Airport…very convenient! It was so lovely to enjoy nature (i.e. turtle, birds, butterflies…)

Tolle Unterkunft, 5min vom Flughafen entfernt. Äußerst freundliches Personal, sehr bemüht und immer wieder nachgefragt ob alles in Ordnung. Im Preis inkludiert war Nachmittags Kaffee/Tee mit Kuchen, Abendessen sowie Frühstück. Alles mit viel Liebe zubereitet.

Traumhaft entspannt

Absolut empfehlenswert - alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Essen ist ausgezeichnet - Frühstück, Mittag, Kaffe und Kuchen, Abendessen. Sehr gemütliche Terrasse und Garten mit kleinem Pool und toller Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang. Ein Wasserloch auf der Ranch das man bequem in 20min zu Fuß erreichen kann und an dem wir eine kleine Herde wilder Zebras getroffen haben. Die Ranch liegt genau an der Einfahrt zum Flughafen, von dem man hier aber gar nichts hört. Es lohnt sich hier ein paar Tage mehr in Ruhe zu verbringen und nicht nur die Nacht vor dem Abflug. Ausserdem lässt sich von hier ein Tagesausflug nach Windhuk oder zu einer Tiersafari in der Nähe entspannt durchführen.

Sejour inoubliable

Personnel incroyable. Sympathique et efficace. En fait, j'ai jamais vu un hôtel, où le gens font tout pour vous aider, si vous en avez besoin. De plus la nourriture est excellente, situé près de l'aéroport, j'ai pas entendu un avion, mais des oiseaux.
