Riverside Hotel

"Rooms were tidy enough and everything was there but they are starting to look very tired or it seems that some changes have been made but not finished. We did not have a TV remote and though the staff were very helpful, it did take 2 requests before they got me one. The restaurant finshes serving at 8.15 which is very early and the menu is not large but the food was actually quite nice and a good quantity. Overal, the staff were nice, friendly and helpful but I think the hotal appearance is a bit of a let down."

"Executive Rooms could do with a fridge, otherwise lovely . The windows couldn’t be opened and therefore felt a bit warmer than it should. The aircon was good but loud"
