"Clean property.Good heating. Very well equipped.The Bathroom and toilet are downstairs so any night time toilet trips have to be done very carefully with the steep stairs.free parking on the street. Great to have pet free accommodation as I have severe allergies. "

"Ich kann mir keine bessere Unterkunft für einen Städtetrip in York vorstellen!!! Das Hotel hat erst im Juni 2026 eröffnet. Alles war sehr sauber und die Zimmer mit Bad und Küche (sogar inkl. Ofen, Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine) sind perfekt ausgestattet. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und die Zimmer nach hinten raus zudem auch sehr ruhig, trotz der zentralen Lage. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage (damit wird auf der Hotel Website auch nicht geworben), dennoch war mein Zimmer zum Innenhof angenehm kühl....

Having on-site parking was a real bonus, as was the nearby supermarket. We also appreciated the baby gate on the stairs, and our children loved sleeping in the bunk beds. "A lovely, clean and modern house, with everything we needed for our short stay. A 7 minute cab ride to the centre of York. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen and bathroom were spotlessly clean.Just a heads up - the bathroom is downstairs, which we didn't notice on the listing, so our fault not the host's, but just to mention in case anyone is concerned about having to go downstairs in the night for the loo!Would happily stay again."
