" I had to go to the front desk after getting to my room to ask for a remote for the television. Also, there was not even a trash can in the bathroom or anywhere else in the room. In the bathroom, the toilet looked like someone just went #2 in it and it didn't flush all of it. The shower head looked like it was coming out of the wall and the shower curton had some weird greenish/blueish stuff on it. I didn't feel comfortable enough to take a shower. The floor in the room was very uneven and wasn't cleaned good underneath things. The "free" breakfast that was included was bad. The yogurt tasted like it was expired. I can definitely say that I will not be staying at that location again. On another note, the lobby had a weird smell. "

"Spent one night, arriving around 7:30 pm and leaving at 6:15 am. General areas were clean as was room. However, "service dog" (not truly service, only personal assistant dog) was left in room alone from the time we arrived until 10:20 pm and barked the entire time. Also loud popping sound in wall between bed and bathroom when other rooms used water. It was okay, but probably would not stay at this location again. "

"Everything at the hotel was A+…except the pool and hot tub were out of order. We were disappointed because it’s one of the reasons we chose to stay here. Will definitely come back, but I’ll call ahead to double check on the status of the hot tub!"
