Great location and condo
Very comfortable, well-furnished condo. As requested, we had a first floor unit which was easily-accessible, with just one step into the unit. There are no reserved parking spaces for people with disabilities, so that was a bit of a challenge. Be aware that air circulation is not the best, with moderately-high CO2 readings (I opened window/door a bit for fresh air); main LR/DR was warm but bedrooms were quite cool/cold. Everything worked properly.
- main complaint:: condo was clean EXCEPT for 2nd bedroom which had not been cleaned - unmade bed, dirty towels in bathroom. Awful. Made several calls to front desk before this was fixed (about 2 hours later).
- Check in was confusing (they couldn't find our reservation, blaming it on the owner). After check-in, I was directed to the "guest services" counter, where the staff member began to describe "offers". I immediately said "no", at which point she was quite angry.
All in all, tho, I would consider staying here. Very nice accommodations, good location, very reasonable pricing.
