"Overpriced and outdated. Not a 4-star experience anymore. This hotel might have earned 4 stars at some point, but those days are long gone. For the steep price they charge, the overall experience was a major letdown. To start, the front desk host was incredibly sullen and gloomy. At these rates, a welcoming and friendly attitude should be the bare minimum. Adding to the frustration, absolutely nothing is included. "This hotel is a treasure! The rooms, the staff, the beautiful lobby, and the dining experience are all exceptional!"

"Lovely stay at the Four Seasons in Georgetown, Washington DC. The property is beautiful and the hotel service is perfect. There is a lovely spa on the property as well. My husband got a wonderful deep tissue massage. We got upgraded to a suite and it was AMAZING! Modern, clean and renovated, new and spacious. Beautiful decor. A wonderful bath, spacious living room and bedroom. The bed was super cozy. The food service is delicious too! We will be back for another stay! It was beautiful."

You can only ask a computer for help so many times. Shame on the owners for saving so much by screwing potential real humans out of...
