I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but I felt it was necessary to share my experience. The lobby of this hotel was extremely disappointing — outdated, dirty, and poorly maintained. The carpets were badly stained, and the doors looked filthy and worn down. It gave a very unwelcoming first impression.
The room itself was just okay, besides a few stains, there was a strange smell that made it hard to relax. When we voiced our concerns to both the hotel staff and Expedia, we were met with little to no help. The hotel didn’t seem interested in addressing the issue as the manager would be in Saturday (the day we check out) and Expedia’s only solution was to insist we stay, somewhere we clearly felt uncomfortable.
I wasn’t looking for luxury, but I did expect a basic level of cleanliness and professionalism. Unfortunately, this stay didn’t meet even those expectations. I hope the hotel takes these concerns seriously and makes some much-needed improvements.
