Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, room comfort

The facility and staff are great

We spent 3 very enjoyable nites at the Duck Inn. The Inn Keeper and her entire staff made our stay memorable. The room was clean and well appointed. We especially enjoyed the breakfasts. Should we return to Whitefish, we will definitely stay at the Duck Inn !

Disaster!! Lousy customer Service

Customer service? Not here!! The smoke detector chirped at 11:30PM, the Deluxe room fireplace didn't work and the door to the bath squeaked so loud it woke up everyone in the room. We asked for an air mattress for the kids which they failed to bring to the room then when they brought one, it leaked!! The "management" was surprised when we told them we were checking out after our disastrous night and they even tried to blame us for THEIR PROBLEMS.
