"The room and all of the common areas of the hotel were very clean and decorated very well. I normally don’t like hotel artwork, but loved all of the choices here. Our room which was a two queen bed room looked great, but the bathroom door was really hard to shut and open and the view from the room was of another rooftop and the side of the other building so that was disappointing. "Beautifully appointed but lack luster in service & care. Got in after 9p & front desk person said everything in the area was closed for food except delivery. We did Google search & found tons of things within 15 minute drive. Room was nice but cleaning could have been better (found things on floor & in bathroom that should have been cleaned up.) But bed was comfortable, shower was huge (need better shower head to accommodate the space given.) Breakfast was so-so: everything pre packaged except...

"I could not check in on time because the key card system did not work. The lobby was full of people trying to check in. When i returned later, I was taken to my room and let in. I did not get a key until the second day. I had to be escorted to my room any time that I left. The television and internet went in and out sporadically throughout the stay. And there was NO HOT WATER in the morning for a shower! I was told that it was out for the whole hotel."
