"Breakfast was okay. They ran out of bread and spoons and then told me they didn’t know if they had anymore spoons. Seriously?!?! I could help wash some. Food was okay. The pool area was disgusting and the pool bathrooms were awful. But the beds were comfortable. "

Step right up and enjoy employees who treat basic customer service like it’s optional, rooms that clearly haven’t seen a proper cleaning in who knows how long, and bathrooms that redefine “low standards.” Experience luxury with paper-thin, questionably clean towels, and toilet paper so thin it practically disintegrates on contact. Need privacy? Not here. Enjoy a “bathroom door” made of flimsy closet panels that don’t lock and leave a wide gap for anyone to peek through. Sleep like never before on a mattress that feels about three inches thick and completely shot. And for the grand finale, pull back your sheets and discover someone else’s pubic hair waiting for you. Nothing says hospitality quite like that. All of this, wrapped up in a rundown, poorly maintained property that somehow still manages to be overpriced. If that sounds like your kind of stay, book now. If not, do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else."

"Great stay "

"The breakfast was standard continental, eggs, sausage, mickey waffles which was cute. It would be nice if they had a yogurt option. Parking was limited but we were lucky to secure a spot. We didn’t use the pool or gym but it looked pretty clean and quite large. The room smelt quite strong of chemicals, but I understand they probably fumigate often/use strong chemicals with the volume of people coming through. The towels and bed were clean. The pillows seemed brand new as they were quite fluffy and stuffed. Overall the stay was fine. I was worried about bugs from other reviews but didn’t see any, and I feel like checked thoroughly. We were smart and kept everything off the floor and in the suitcase just in case. Noise level was manageable. We were on the main floor so could hear the kids upstairs running around. I brought earplugs so didn’t really notice. We didn’t hear people on either side of us. For the price of the hotel and proximity to the park you really can’t go wrong. Also to have breakfast available and free parking, it was really one of the best options. It’s probably a 20 minute walk from the park which was great. There is also a walgreens and CVS on the corner for convenience. If you’re spending most of your day out then it is a great option. "
