"Hotel is nice but area is not great"

"The hotel was a little tricky to find. Our Uber driver passed it upon arrival, and our doordasher ditched our food in a random location because they could not find the building. Overall, it was a nice location though right next to a lot of things near the circle. Within 5 minutes of checking into my room I got horrible chemical burns up and down both arms when washing my face from leaning on the counter. It was midnight. I waited 2 hours to notify staff because it was stinging and super red... I received a solo icepack and was told to contact them in 20 minutes. It was midnight already so I just dealt with it. Breakfast was top tier. Made to order omelettes and a great hot breakfast with muffins and danishes, fruit, etc. We didn't have time to utilize the pool and hot tub because we checked in late from a wedding, and they closed at 10pm."

"Stayed here for business on April 29, 2026, and had a great overall experience. The room was very spacious, clean, and well-kept. You can tell they put effort into maintaining the interior—it felt comfortable, nicely decorated, and welcoming after a long day. They also offer free coffee in the morning, which was a nice touch and convenient when heading out early. There isn’t a lot to do in the immediate area, but I felt safe throughout my stay, and it was quiet enough to relax and get work done. My only suggestion would be to give a bit more attention to the exterior. It looks like it could use some cleanup and minor upkeep, as it’s starting to appear a little run down. That said, once you’re inside, it’s a completely different impression—in a good way. Overall, I’d definitely recommend staying here if you’re in town for business or just need a clean, comfortable place to stay."

"The staff was absolutely rude… nobody seems to communicate amongst the staff. I sent numerous message prior to my stay and nobody bothered to reply. Parking was ridiculous and the staff didn’t know anything about the parking garage that is attached."

"The overall stay was amazing, excellent breakfast, salt water pool was decent just wish it was deeper then 3 1/2 feet. The staff was quite but very helpful when needed, the rooms where super clean with a outstanding view of the surrounding area. The bar was really cool except for the lady bar tender, she was naturally rude and smug about everything. But all in all it wasn't a bad place for the price"
