"It was a short walk to some cool bars and pubs (ie. the area around the bristol old vic), you have everything you need in the room. We've always had good experiences at leonardo hotels and this one was no different. The parking was a little hard to find - the info wasn't on hotels.com and I found it later in a message when we had already driven around for a bit. It is the Gardiner Haskins that is nearby, not an actual hotel carpark."

No real problems at all, except for the guests in the room above ours who seemed to be stomping around and moving furniture in their room from 5am. Lovely to hear the church bells ringing! ❤️ would definitely recommend and use again! Thank you to ALL staff! Xx"

"Reasonably priced hotel for the city centre. Excellent location. Good amenities in the hotel and the room and bathroom are fresh and recently decorated. Cleanliness was generally good but there were some hairs in the shower and stains on the carpet. The bar area had a bizarre vibe."
