My Place Hotel - Salt Lake City I-215/West Valley City, UT

"The interior of the hotel was very well maintained and very clean. I booked a room with a single queen with a recliner. I don't remember intentionally choosing the recliner, but when I got into the room, having a recliner was SO NICE. The hotel is within walking distance of the Green Line train, giving easy access to downtown SLC and even the airport directly. If there is any room for improvement, the outside of the hotel could use a "once a day" clean up. There are brand new apartments next to the hotel. Some apartment residents seem to be walking their dogs in the grass around the hotel. It's not the hotel's fault, but ultimately hotel residents will see it. So it might be good if once a day someone went out and cleaned up if any doggy surprises were left behind."

"I love the Crystal Midvalley. The staff is always so friendly and the property is clean and centrally located. I just wish they would have a better variety breakfast. It’s wonderful, but it’s the same almost every day."

"The room was clean. But it’s very noisy and echoey. Can hear everybody in the hall and everybody around you and above you. Could hear other people‘s water running. The kitchens do not have coffee pots in them. They did offer coffee in the lobby."
