"I booked a unit which has a loft and they moved me to a smaller one without ever telling me. So, someone had to sleep on the futon which was disgusting and so uncomfortable it’s not suitable for sleeping (needs a new mattress). There were no sheets for it either. The place was relatively clean except for REALLY gross carpet and one thing that is inexcusable. There was rat poop in the silverware drawer and in the pots/pans. The back deck is fantastic but I would still never stay here again!"

"The cabin is amazing! I called the day before we arrived to check on some amenities. The person I spoke with was very friendly and informative about the area. The cabin was super clean when we arrived. The beds were very comfortable. We loved the large jetted tub that was not advertised and there was a grill at the cabin that was not advertised as well. Cons- The pool was cold for my liking and the hot tub is small. The front desk person was not at the desk when we arrived. There was a sign...

"I absolutely adored this stay and wish I was able to stay here longer. Everything was so well kept up, beautiful setting, close drive to nearby towns that were fun to explore. staff answered questions right away. The bed was so insanely comfortable! Would happily come back!"

"The house was very clean and views of the lake were beautiful. However, there was only a washer and no dryer. The shower head was awful which caused half of the body to freeze while showering. The bed in the master bedroom is beyond awful. The mattress is sinking in the middle and the bed creaks with the slightest of movement. When i tried to blowdry my hair, the smoke alarm went off. I would not stay here again!!!"
