"Clean room. Check in took a while as quite a few people turned up at the same time, 2 receptionists. We had pre paid so only wanted key and to check in. Restaurant was a bit all over the place, 2 young girls running around to take customers to tables, ordered drinks, took 15 mins to arrive, then ordered our food which again took quite a while, although it was delicious and hot. Checked out early next morning left key at reception."

"Unusual circular room design which we found to greatly reduce useful space in that tiny room. The shower and toilet were separate enclosures, not a bad idea, but who on earth tiles tiny spaces in black?? It felt like you were in a cave, really bad idea. Soap dospensers, poor design. It's a great idea to provide breakfast, however the only items that tastes like real food were the hard boiled eggs and the bread. Everything else tastes processed with a strange fore or after taste. Location was great even though some UBER drivers would mix up the location with the other RIU nearby. I think this hotel does not live up to the RIU standards"

"Beautiful hotel close to all of the tourist attractions. A short walk to multiple tube stations. The property is very stylish and the spa area so clean and refreshing. Would absolutely recommend 100%."

"The rooms are small; however we did choose to stay there for a second time as the location is really nice. The upstairs bar are is really great too, but the last time we stayed the upper deck area above the bar was available to hang-out and play cards and now it appears they don’t open this area to hotel guests."

"The frosted glass wall shielding the bathroom should be more opaque as one can easily she the silhouette of whomever is in there. It wouldn’t need to be the whole glass wall just knee to head. A toilet brush should be provided. A few paper cups should be provided."
