"Friendly staff! Convenient coffee within hotel. The property is located in downtown and the homeless and people on the street can be quite scary at night. Be mindful that train tracks also go through very closely so can be loud. The room was not the cleanest, they barely touch it. I think they make the bed and put new towels and that’s it but they are spacious. One day, they did the room and forgot to do the bed."

"The hotel itself is nice, historic, clean. Rooms seem to be sound proof. There is a stand where you can make tea or coffee or hot chocolate which is a bonus. There is lovely Armenian food restaurant in the building. The breakfast is at nearby restaurant but only for two even if there were four of us booked in. The only thing is the area. Downtown of Spokane is infested with homeless and drug users. More outside parts of Spokane seem better but generally it looked like homeless invaded city,...
