"What a beautiful hotel and amazing staff. I was staying there for a wedding and we arrived on a warm spring day. When we got into our room it was a bit stuffy and warm so I turned the AC on but it wasn’t working. So I rang the front desk and they said they will send someone to take a look. The man who checked us in arrived and gave a new set of keys and upgraded us to a suite with no extra charge! It was a very kind thing to do. The suite was amazing, the bed was very comfy with SiX pillows and...

"We really appreciated that an issue concerning noisy neighbors at 2 a.m. was handled quickly and the noise was stopped! All the staff were friendly and helpful! I would highly recommend a stay here! "

"Bathroom cold water ran very slow. Long baseboard heating was ugly and outdated and no longer used. Furnishings were very outdated."

"When we arrived the pool heater had been broke and was under repair. One of the reasons we chose to stay here for the kids to be able to swim. It would of been nice if we were contacted or notified ahead of time by management via email, text, anything that this was the situation. "

When my daughter brought this to the attention of the staff, she was met with a dismissive attitude, which is unacceptable. "It was fine for 1 night, but it is very dated and the curtains were ripped and the room wasn't very clean. I had planned to stay and work after checkout but they were having some big event and wouldn't let me sit in the dining area or the business room (which was a reason I booked this hotel) because of it. My ride had already left, so I had to uber into town and sit in the local library to work. "

"The Inn and the innkeepers were lovely. The decor is quirky and elegant at the same time. Every convince is thought of. The fireplace in every room is a fabulous touch. We can’t wait to visit again soon"

"We leave the room on Sunday, expecting to have clean towels and clean room. That was not the case, we have to go and get clean towels, no fresh water. The mattresses must be more than 10 years old, the pillow horrible. I can’t imagine how did you give this place “excellent “ reviews. "Very clean room. Staff was friendly and accommodating for a late check out. Near lots of places to eat and some shopping. Room doesn’t have toiletries and towels are tiny. Also although there is a thermostat- it’s analog and you have to turn the heat on and off. Overall though a good deal for the price. "
