Enjoy a peaceful condo near the ocean! This homey, hotel-style retreat is set up to be a restful spot. Cook up breakfast in the full kitchen, then enjoy it out on your screened-in patio. If you're coming inside with sandy (or snowy!) shoes, just leave them on the floor and head straight into the bathroom set up with double sinks and a shower/tub combination. The condo is all one level, making it easier for folks who have trouble with stairs. Guests of this condo will also be able to enjoy multiple shared amenities. Relax by the shared firepit as the stars come out or take a dip in the shared indoor pool.

This condo's location by the ocean is one of its charms - Drakes Island Beach is just under two miles away, Laudholm Beach is just under two-and-a-half miles away, and Wells Beach is just under three miles away. The community pool is closed from January through March and reopens in April. Pool hours are 8:00 AM–10:00 PM from April through August, and 8:00 AM–9:00 PM from September through December. Please note: pool availability and hours are subject to change at the discretion of the HOA and are not controlled by the management company.
