"The hotel was a bit dated. However it was clean and breakfast was adequate. The spa/ pool was average but clean. The staff were not particularly helpful. A request for a late checkout was immediately met with a response £10 extra charge. When I asked for another towel at the pool, to replace the wet towel, this was denied. Small personal extras could have made this stay feel luxurious but instead it felt like a budget stay."

A special mention goes to Rachel at the bar, who was friendly, professional, and made our evenings enjoyable with her warm conversation. "Great in airport location for an early flight..literally a five minute easy walk to terminal. Rooms were comfortable with good bed and extremely sound proofed. Restaurant and bar were convenient, and expectedly expensive for a captive audience."
