Just OK
The house is cute but has many quirks.
There are so many sets of stairs with no hand railings, it was a bit scary. If someone in your group has mobility issues this is NOT the house for you.
The ceiling in the main house bathroom is extremely low. Anyone over 5'8 is going to have a difficult time showering. There is no toilet paper holder, has a moldy smell, and if you want to was your hands after using the restroom you have to walk into the next bedroom. Strange.
The plumbing was very loud, had tons of air in the line, spit and spurted, or did not work at all. The kitchen sink was very difficult to get water to come out of the faucet.
The beds and pillows were comfortable but extremely squeaky. So loud you could hear down stairs.
The deck outside was nice and had a great view. However, the water access if you want to swim is not great.
Not horrible but not great.
