IMPORTANT: Guests will promptly receive the Rental Agreement upon booking submission. To receive property access code, guests must e-sign the rental agreement and provide a copy of photo ID within 2 days of booking. Guests can cancel booking within 48 hours for a full refund if the agreement doesn't work for them.

~Vacationing with Pets~
* We welcome up to 2 house-trained dogs of non-aggressive breeds, ages 2 or older, max 75 lbs each. (Sorry, no cats or any other animals!)
* Contact us for pet approval–Proofs of recent rabies shot and vet-grade flea/tick medications, Pet Rules and Pet Fee apply.
* Add the number of pets in your booking request (Under Guests>Scroll down to Pets) so the Pet Fee is properly included in the booking.
* We provide a 28”x42” kennel, dog bowls, dog blanket, and poop bags.

We want your stay to be perfect, but please understand that we cannot issue refunds for factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions. We highly recommend guests purchase trip insurance. Additionally, violations of our house rules may lead to guests having to leave prematurely without a refund. For property protection and insurance purposes, there is a security camera covering the front entrance and it must remain active at all times.
