"The hotel experience was extremely disappointing and concerning.
The room we were given reeked of cigarette smoke, despite our concerns about air quality — especially since one of my children has asthma. When we inquired about whether the room was smoke-free, the staff misunderstood and thought we were asking if we could smoke, to which they enthusiastically replied, “Absolutely, go ahead.”
To make matters worse, the beds were infested with bed bugs. We were seriously worried about the health and safety of my wife and our three children. We had originally booked a 6-night stay, but after just one night, we felt forced to leave for the safety and well-being of our family.
Unfortunately, the hotel refused to refund the unused nights despite the unacceptable conditions. This experience was both distressing and unacceptable."
