  • Cozy “ homey” cabin in Waterville area of the beautiful PINE CREEK Valley. 2bd, 1 ba, full kitchen. Lots to do in the area- close to everything!!! We also recently installed an outdoor security system for your extra protection.

    SLEEPS 6 - is located on Upper Pine Bottom Run (which connects to BIG PINE CREEK) and very close to rail trail access/parking, state game lands, kayaking, hiking trails, atv trails, and a few steps to the majestic Pine Creek, well known for fly fishing! 10% discount for booking a full week (7 nights or more).

    -Queen bed in bedroom #1, Full bed and Bunk bed in bedroom #2, (Full size futon on porch)
    Has an updated full bathroom w/ large walk-in shower, full kitchen w/ SS appliances, microwave, coffee bar, outdoor propane grill, large enclosed porch w/ seating for 6 and 2nd refrigerator/freezer. There is an updated rustic fire pit area w/ seating for 8 provided (Firewood NOT provided!) 43” smart tv, high speed internet and cable through Xfinity, DVD player w select DVDs, and landline phone.
    - * PLEASE NOTE- THIS IS A CABIN in a wooded rural area of PA- so utilities (Including INTERNET) are not guaranteed*
    IMPORTANT****LINENS are NOT provided, so bring your own bath towels, bed sheets(see above for sizes) , etc. Seasonal comforters and pillows ARE provided. There is NOT a washer/dryer onsite.
    Plenty of parking. There is a bear proof dumpster for garbage accumulated during your stay (and we provide garbage bags)
    A HUGE PLUS*****your beloved dog is welcome here for an additional fee ($25). Maximum 2 dogs. MUST BE HOUSE BROKEN.

What a cozy way to spend the Christmas holiday! Great location with easy access (short drives) to hiking, running, and food options. Very peaceful especially right on the creek. The cabin was perfect and we will be back.

Perfect little cabin

The cabin was larger than we expected, clean, and the beds were very comfortable. Lots of kitchen utensils and cookware to make meals in the cabin. easy to get to hiking trails, and fishing and hunting spots in any direction.

Perfect location in the PA Wilds!

This property is a no-frills cabin in a perfect location near Waterville. There are endless miles of trails nearby and easy access to the Pine Creek Rail Trail close by. We already booked for the same weekend next year!

We came up to go to the LLWS. This location was perfect and not too far from the ball fields. Accommodations were as advertised and very comfortable. The firepit by the stream was a great spot for relaxing. Would stay again.

Great get away cabin

We are avid rail to trail riders and this cabin is centrality located in the Pine Creek Valley. The cabin is clean, comfortable and cozy! It brings back memories of camp from when I was young.

Nice, relaxing house off the road but it was very quiet and we were able to bring my dog. We were visiting for football, it ended up being very clean and they reached out a few times to make sure we had everything we needed.

Family time in the mountains

We loved our stay at the Lookout Cabin. It is clean and has all the amenities of home away from home. Relax outside listening to the calming water of the stream that runs behind the house and the peeper frogs. Biking-hiking-fishing- RELAXING - all can be found here! Thank you for sharing your house.

Excellent Stay for Rail to Trail

The place was exactly as presented in the description. Very comfortable and welcoming. The communications with the owners and the site manager was excellent. The kitchen was well equipped with a great stove and oven for our meal prep. The location by the creek was fantastic. Access to the rail to trail was a short drive.We will be back!

Owner & manager very nice. Inside home was clean with plenty of essentials. Comfortable for all of us. I would like to see the outside of property cleaned up some. Too many things all over grounds. Otherwise, our stay was really relaxing and fun. Would stay there again in the future.
