"Room smelled of cigarette smoke. Stayed two nights, room wasn’t cleaned or even looked into as they didn’t leave any toilet paper. Had to get it myself and was told that not only were they to clean the room but we should have had an extra roll on the back of the toilet."

"Are room was a king sized bed and a pull out couch. The arrangement was different and the day/night was really hot. The air conditioner could not keep the room with the couch cool. The picture that was on the wall in the bathroom was off and the hardware was still on the wall. The refrigerator in the breakfast room was defrosting and there was water all over the counter. The cereal was soggy and some of the sausage was extremely overcooked."

"Room was clean and staff were amazing. The bed was amazing and didnt hear a bump all night from other people staying at the hotel. If I could only change one things that would be to fix the ice machine on the 3rd floor. I had to go up to the 5th floor for ice. But if that was my only problem I had a good night!"
