Nice. Could use some updates and maintenance.
"Great staff. Nice breakfast. Clean. The building and finishes are dated. The bed was mostly comfortable. HVAC control in common areas was lacking and elevators had issues. One down, one that did not exude confidence. It was a good price for a good night of rest."

Upon arrival, we thought there was an issue with the air (there was NOT...our mistake!!!)....but owner was so quick to respond and was going to leave work to come check on it!
