"This Hilton is under construction. The elevator was not operable at times. The parking ramp was also semi closed. The room is adequate, not up to a Hilton standard. The room does not come with breakfast bar and you will be lucky to find a cup for your complimentary coffee that is offered on the floors where your room is located. I met guest from other floors searching for a cup. Also the customer service was nominally adequate. Not exactly a happy welcome, glad you are here. As far as the location, it is convenient to the beautiful bicycle path and beaches. However, if you venture out to the Church street shopping and dining area be for warned that it is a shady area riddled with homeless people and drug alley s."
