The room was great and all of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant also was good for breakfast and a late night snack we needed on one of the nights. Overall it was an excellent experience.

This is definitely a business person's place to stay where they can write everything off. Basically, no amenities. Breakfast is pricy, and there is an internet charge if you're not a Marriott member. Staff was friendly there other than the lounge. A pretty place, good location, but overpriced.

This is a ideally located hotel in the centre of DC and provided a good experience from start to finish. Check in was great - front of house staff were friendly and helpful. Received the bonus of being gifted two "hop on / hop off" bus tour tickets which we used to travel around the City's many monument sites. museums and other tourist attractions. JoJo - one of the front doormen was a bubbly gentleman, a good ambassador for the hotel and enthusiastic in his work. Hotel combines a Starbucks and a separate restaurant brand - both were well managed and delivered good service. Room was clean, spacious and well appointed. The hotel lived up to expectations and I'd visit again if we go back to Washington.

Check in was seamless, staff were attentive and couldn’t do enough for you. The Striped Zebra restaurant’s meals and drinks were very good. The room was spacious, clean and we had a very nice view. Would definitely stay there again.

While the room was clean and newly renovated, the towels were ragged and cheap looking. We had one bar of soap and one lotion, had to ask for more, and the air conditioning was terrible. It would switch off during the night and the room would get hot and humid. We would need to wake up several times to constantly adjust the temperature. The reception staff was nice and helpful, and the overall stay was good as it was close to the subway and walking distance to all of the museums and main attractions.

Super clean room, the whole hotel smelled so good, the aesthetics were 10/10. Looking forward to staying there again. Only bummer was that I really was looking forward to eating breakfast at the spotted zebra restaurant but they stopped selling breakfast as soon as I arrived at 11:02 AM 😢. You guys should consider extending breakfast throughout brunch hours.
