On the golf course and built for groups. The Fairway Retreat is a 4,100+ sq ft luxury townhome with 7 mini-suites, each with a private bathroom, sleeping 30+. Enjoy golf-course views, a spacious patio, and a 360° rooftop deck—perfect for post-round hangouts. Ideal for golf trips, tournaments, large groups, and family reunions, with easy parking and smooth self check-in. Close to Zion, St. George, and Sand Hollow. Professionally hosted by ZionGatewayStays.

Guests enjoy full, private access to the entire townhome, including the rooftop deck, private backyard with pool and spa, plus the community pool and spa. There are no shared interior spaces. Two supply closets remain locked for housekeeping.

Welcome to our spacious 4,100+ sq ft vacation home, perfect for any group of friends or family! The open floor plan features 7 mini-suites, each with its own private bathroom, making it ideal for groups of up to 33 people.

The mini-suites are tastefully decorated and equipped with all the comforts of home, and 2 of them are bunks to accommodate even more guest. You'll wake up each morning to breathtaking views of Southern Utah from your room.

Step out to the patio overlooking the 8th hole of the Coral Canyon Golf Course and take in the picturesque scenery. Or, head up to the rooftop patio for 360-degree views of the surrounding area.

Whether you're looking for a golf getaway, a family reunion, or a retreat, this home has it all. With its prime location on the golf course, ample living space, and unbeatable views, this is the perfect place for your next vacation.

Having a car is best, there's not much of any public transportation here.

This is a townhome with a shared exterior wall only. There are no shared interior spaces, and guest privacy is fully maintained.

The private pool and spa are professionally serviced between stays. The private Pool and Spa are heated all year round, same with the community pool and spa. Community pool hours and rules are set by the HOA.

Parking is available for 2 vehicles in the driveway and 1 small vehicle in the garage. There are many additional first come first serve parking spots throughout the neighborhood.

The home is in a quiet residential community. Quiet hours are observed between 10pm–7am.

The home includes stairs to access the rooftop deck and upper levels.

Two small supply closets are locked for housekeeping and owner use.

Great place

The place was great and our host was responsive. The neighborhood was made up of similar properties. Some renters in the neighborhood did not follow the curfew (late night parties) but overall this place was great for our family reunion.

This house fit our extended family of 19 perfectly! Everyone had enough space and the kids loved the bunk rooms and pool. The kitchen was large enough to support cooking meals for our large crew. The location is an easy commute to Zion. The kids are already asking if we can go back again next year.

House is fantastic, all amenities listed for the house are exactly as stated. House is very clean pool hot tub and views of golf course are great. Great Option Near Zion / Adventure

Property was located in a great central location near multiple hikes and easy driving distance to good food options. We did Zion and Bryce Canyon during our visit, appreciated being right off freeway yet quiet once inside the unit. We enjoyed the pool, rooftop fire pit and pool table for family fun after hiking. For our family of 4 it was plenty of space and a nicely appointed option. We watched sunset at Pioneer Park in St George, it’s worth visiting. Golf course behind property is worth checking out too…my first ever Hole in One so I’ll never forget my round :-)

What an amazing house!

Wow! This place is really great! Lots of room, lots of beds. The back yard is very convenient with a heated pool, spa and a great bbq grill.The host was VERY accommodating, letting us check in early. The house was very clean and ready for us.Foosball table, arcade machine, shuffleboard and ping pong… basically everything you need for a fun stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. We used it for both business meetings and personal vacation. There were a few issues with appliances not working and that was the only thing that made our stay a 4 star vs a 5 star experience.

Amazing stay

Very impressed with the property, location, and communication with the owner. Very clean and spacious home that offered games (ping pong, pool table, mini basketball, etc.), plenty of parking, and a pool/hot tub. Very happy with the experience. We stayed there with 25+ family members and had plenty of space.

Excellent Accomodations

Our family was in St George for an extended family reunion. Tyler's home was perfect for our large family to relax in between reunion activities. The kids all loved having their own bathroom. The large living areas were very comfortable. We enjoyed sitting outside with the beautiful views and playing in the pool. Great location and easy to get to. Tyler was great to work with.

Extremely Overpriced, not very clean but spacious.

I’ll list both the good and the bad things: The good: Private pool and hot tub were fun, lots of space to eat and gather, the pool table in the main living area was great. The stairs are pretty. The beds in each bedroom are comfortable. Each room has its own bedroom. The bad things that were a really big deal because of the price we paid per night, which we immediately determined was absolutely ridiculous for what where we stayed!!!! We have stayed at many private homes The bad: Nothing seamed clean. The floor was filthy. Literally filthy. Our feet were covered in dirt from the moment we walked. We learned to keep our shoes. They do not mop their floors!!! The dining table was dirty when we arrived. The dishes were all dirty! This was alarming. There was raw hamburger meat stuck to the shelves of the outdoor bbq fridge, which we had to use for extra food because the fridge in the garage did not work at all. That was disgusting! The bedroom on the main floor had a broken drain in the shower. The dishwasher did not work. It left junk - little specs of who knows what, all over everything we washed in it. My husband fixed it. That explains why every dish was dirty in the cabinets. This condo has no privacy. You have neighbors on both sides with short fences do you can see each other and hear every single conversation. This and the dirty kitchen made the price we paid outrageous! The home on we rent in Hawaii on 1 acre costs $200 less than this per night. We are so upset!

Fantastic Property for a golf getaway!

We recently stayed at this property for our golf trip and it was fantastic! As a group of eight, finding a place that accommodates all of us comfortably can be a challenge, but this property hit the mark perfectly. From the get-go, the cleanliness of the place stood out. It was spotless and well-maintained, which made us feel right at home. The location of the property was a major win for us. It was conveniently situated with easy access to all the local golf courses, which was our main activity. The scenic views added a nice touch to our mornings and evenings, making our stay even more enjoyable. The amenities provided were top-notch. The property had everything we could possibly need and more, ensuring our stay was comfortable and hassle-free. From the well-equipped kitchen to the generous living areas, bed/bath, and the outdoor spaces, everything was designed to enhance our experience. A special shout-out goes to our host Tyler, easy to reach and checked on us throughout the trip... he even brought in our Instacart groceries while we were out on the course, which was a thoughtful gesture that did not go unnoticed. I highly recommend this property to anyone, especially a group looking to enjoy some golf in Utah. It’s a perfect blend of location, comfort, and superb hosting.

Our group had such a wonderful stay. The views from the backyard and rooftop deck are breathtaking. Be sure to plan for a sunrise or sunset from rooftop. Tyler was quick to respond and answer any questions.
