Arlo Washington DC
8/10 Good
"Pros: -Well maintained property. -Front desk was kind and courteous. -The restaurant for breakfast is really clean and pretty but please add more vegan friendly options! Currently there’s just like a side of fruit as a food choice. -Coffee bar employees were polite and drip coffee was decent, better than grabbing coffee in most hotels but not great. Cons: -The room was very clean but the bed had an unpleasant perfume fragrance. That’s a concern having sensitive skin. -Didn’t really like the fortune cookies in our room that just had like marketing slogans instead of fortunes. Weird touch. -High urban fee. -Employees smoking out front near entrance. -Pool is small and crowded. Doesn’t feel like a higher end hotel. -Rooftop bar is very expensive."
