Hotel was nice, but even after requesting clean towels and for our trash to be emptied 3 days in a row...it never happened. We were able to get fresh towels downstairs, but had dirty towels piled up the four nights we stayed and overflowing trash cans. Desk Attendant indicated we'd get credited some Hyatt points that should get us a free night on a future trip, however, we never received the credit.
Located in a cute area that's fun to walk around exploring, but not super convenient if you are touring DC without a vehicle.
