Very nice clean hotel. We enjoyed our stay very much. My only recommendation would be to replace the sofa sleeper in our room with a new, comfortable one with better support. Great location! Highly recommend!!!

Room and staff were fine. Pool was closed for maintenance, but also it looked fine. This was a pretty huge disappointment for us. The breakfast was not that great- despite having the ubiquitous waffle makers, they were bringing out stacks of reheated frozen whole wheat waffles and had no waffle batter. The other hot breakfast items did rotate each day, but nothing else changed.

The service was good, the staff and everything else was excellent. However, they need to be better prepared for snow because it took 24 hours for me to be able to get my car out, and I had to stay an extra night at another place. My complaint is: I chose this hotel because it had a swimming pool, but it wasn't working during my stay. Therefore, it shouldn't appear in the search results or there should be a notice indicating that it's unavailable.
