Went for a Hyrox race and this hotel was perfect! Very close to venue and you’re able to valet your car and take it out as needed (you won’t need it). Staff was so helpful and pleasant!! I would stay here again
The room was clean. Breakfast was delicious with a lot of choices. The beds were very comfortable. The only things were not so good were the bathroom door and the closet door which needed certain angles to close them. Also the sink faucet was very tight and needed extra effort to turn it on and off. Otherwise, everything was great.
The porperty was in a convenient area close to National Mall and the Metro system to get around D.C. There were plenty of restaurants in Chinatown to choose from but did not seem to be a safe area with the number of sirens and police cruisers around.
The room was small but clean. The mattress was not comfortable and neither were the pillows. The room was super loud because of street noise.
Staff was friendly and the free breakfast was decent.

This hotel is located near several restaurants, walking distance to the mall, a little farther to the White House, a free breakfast with a nice assortment of food to choose from. Very clean both in the lobby and good area as well as the room. And the staff were very pleasant to talk to. I highly recommend this hotel.
The perfect one, closer to everything just 3 minutes walk from Capital One Arena, the restaurant fantastic and the staff awesome, the only thing that I paid for a King room that was supposed to include mini fridge and microwave and neither of them were there, I sent a message to Expedia but still they the fridge and microwave never arrived. Which it means wasting money for nothing as $340 for a night without those things is considered expensive. I will definitely go back even that I was so disappointed.
This hotel is close to most of the attractions but you still have to do a lot of walking. Alex helped us with the check in and his customer service skills were excellent. Some of the other front end staff need to work on smiling more while being at the front desk. all other staff and services were excellent. The city buses and tour buses stops are very close to this hotel. There are a lot of options to eat nearby and a walgreens as well within 2 blocks. excellent location.
The staff was very entertaining and fun to talk with. They definitely brightened your day. For breakfast I went to Starbucks since the food there wasn’t to my liking. Valet Parker’s were professional taking care with your vehicle. Walking distance to the monuments and museums

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
It’s in a fairly convenient location in China Town near the stadium. Room was very noisy and guests arriving at night can be heard clear as day. Unfortunately, we were located directly in front of the elevators and ice machine and had a family with children above us. Bedding was subpar with a thin lumpy comforter. No makeup mirror, housekeeping only on weekdays and left no soap. No fridge or microwave. Not typical Fairfield quality. Free breakfast was good.
It was very clean. It could use updates but everything worked, except our key card reader took many tries to open our room. The breakfast was really good. I would stay there again if in DC.
