"The room and linens were clean, the TV has Dish and worked without any problems, A/C worked and air filter was very clean. In all it was a great location for access to the Skyline Drive, with lots of stores and restaurants available. It was above our expectations for the cost of the room. Breakfast was limited to toasted bagels, oatmeal, cereal, and packaged pastry. The room was located in a building not connected to the office and there was open access to the hall with the rooms was unlocked, so anyone could enter the hallway. In all, I would stay at this Red Roof again when in the area."

"The rooms were very clean. The staff was very friendly, especially Kiarah that works at the restaurant. The Airport shuttle took an hour to pick me up after I called and said I was ready for pick up."

"Our large group of multiple families with small children enjoyed our stay at the Hidden Hollow farmhouse. We enjoyed all of the property's amenities, especially the game room and pool. There was plenty of dining space and seating indoors and out. We took advantage of the proximity to DC and Luray Caverns, as well as the charming downtown area for stores/restaurants. The property is set apart from the hustle and bustle and was very peaceful. We enjoyed hearing and seeing the wildlife while sitting on the front porch. There was one issue during our stay and Wally was very attentive and took care of it quickly. He also stopped by several times to check on things and make sure all was well. If you decide to stay here with 26 people you might want to bring extra pillows and blankets if you require, as there is one pillow/light blanket per bed. There are a few quirks to this older property but we would stay here again because of the amenities and size of the house."

"Awesome location, Service is TOP notch. On a note of need for improvement is that It is not ADA friendly when it comes to getting from Garden area to The Reception Pavilion. Either a flight if stone stairs or up a grassy hill ( no path) and then leaving the Pavilion you have a raised wooden walk to parking lot that was poorly light ( Had lights only on a small part of walk). Very hard to see. Again Great service Staff. We had two gentlemen(staff) assist with umbrellas but no flash lights.. So again, so happy with our stay. The buildings and ADA room we had no problems with. Thank you"
