"Clean room, helpful staff, quiet location!"

"This Tru was switching vendors so there was no soda or water to purchase. I was shocked and felt they should have purchased water that guests could just take for free. We ordered a pick up supper and ended up drinking water from the bathroom sink! Unacceptable"

"Everyone was super friendly, the hotel was clean and as usual, we loved the games and pool table in the lobby area"

"Nothing extraordinary but all things were OK."

"I give this Holiday Inn express a five star review. Breakfast was exceptional facility in room was clean and modern and I love the yellow gray and black color scheme price was reasonable. I would stay here again."

"Each of the staff members with whom i interacted was very helpful and professional. The carpet was very wet in first room that I was assigned. I contacted the front desk and Angela apologized and immediately assigned another room with an upgrade. Apparently the carpet had been cleaned in the first room and it had not been designated as out of service in the system. The room was clean, quiet and in excellent condition and there was a good variety of hot and cold foods for breakfast. Overall...

"The room floors weren’t clean. Bathroom floors as well. They emptied the trash, made meds and stocked up clean towels daily but the floors were not cleaned. Couch in the room had stains. Friday had stains. Staff was helpful and responded to any issues but these things should have been cleaned in the first place."
