The Groß Labenzer See is surrounded by a lot of forest and is an excellent destination for anglers due to its abundance of fish. Rowing boats are available to you subject to availability and for a fee. Highlights included: WiFi (limited in performance), final cleaning, parking space, all consumption-dependent energy costs, rowing boat (weather dependent) Activities nearby: The Sternberger Seenland nature park, the Warnow, the Groß Labenzer See and the many forests and meadows are ideal starting points for hikes, bike tours and various water sports. Thanks to the central location in the heart of Mecklenburg, both the Baltic Sea and Schwerin or Wismar can be reached in 20 minutes. It is less than 45 minutes to Rostock and even day trips to Lübeck, Hamburg or Berlin are no problem. Note: The laundry package can be booked optionally up to 3 days before arrival for 35€ and is not included in the rental price!
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house Non smoking accommodation. not suitable for people with reduced mobility. The rowing boat is only available from the beginning of April to the end of October, outside of this period only on request and after consultation with the landlord. In the lower part of the property there is another apartment that is locked and is occasionally used by the landlord.
