"Room had air con which was a bonus for the London summer weather. Rooms were clean but need some maintenance as cracks in wood. The room was good but you are very on top of anyone else sharing the room. You have to make sure you make the bed higher to be able to move around the room comfortably. The shower is very very small, had to constantly turn the water on and off to get a good clean and the pillows are dreadful, they might as well not exist they are so soft and old."

"This hotel was either recently refurbished or it is cleaned and maintained extremely well. The staff are always helpful and the breakfast is delicious. It's in an ideal location if you are just stopping over 1 night because of its proximity to both London Euston and St Pancras King's Cross Stations."

"Upon arrival to the hotel the reception and lobby area was modern and well presented, giving a great first impression of the hotel. We were greeted at reception by a lovely staff member who offered to check us in early which was a lovely bonus. The room was clean and comfortable but was very dated, however this was expected as we researched the hotel before arrival the shower and bathroom were also very dated and the shower didn’t have the best pressure. The room would benefit from a fridge but due to this being an older hotel we understand why this might not be possible. While our stay was enjoyable overall we felt that some interactions with staff could have been more friendlier a warmer and more welcoming approach would have been better. Despite these points we would consider staying again."
