"The woman maintaining the breakfast area and cooking was extremely helpful and cheery. The desk clerk was cheerful and pleasant. Housekeeping clearly were doing their best to keep things clean. On the other hand, shame on Choice. The beds were overused, the shower calking was brown with build up, the sitting chair was old, no cushion left in the seat, and spotted with deep stains. There is not way this facility had accumulated an 8.2 rating like the site indicated. I had been a frequent flyer with Choice, in particular Comfort Inn & Suites and Sleep Inn. My trust is broken."

"Reserved a King bed and as soon as you get there they change it out to a queen bed. Ice machine on floor was broken, various lights in room did not work. No safe in room. We found out on our last day staying with them that you had to call to get housekeeping to clean your room. Would not recommend."
