"Convenient location to both downtown/university area as well as suburban shops for things like grocery and everyday items (about 10 min in either direction). Walkable to nice park. The neighborhood was a mix of multi-tenant and single family housing with a mix of renovated and stable properties and some run down, but overall the location was good. The house itself was as described, nicely maintained historic home with essentials."

"The place was very clean & well stocked. Enjoyed the basket of treats. There was always a nice smell in the air. The only thing is that I would have liked is off street parking."
