"Under sever renovation, lobby @ pool were great, however both ice machines were not working, no continental breakfast or even coffee! The electronic lock wan nonfunctional but that was ok as you could just walk into the room. Even with the deadbolt thrown, you could unlock it from the outside just by throwing the door handle. They have great potential, but had I known I would have booked elsewhere!"

"The room was not very clean. We noticed dirty marks in the bathtub. The light above the beds did not work and the toilet paper holder was loose and wobbly. Our room faced the highway so it was very noisy at night."

"It's not comfortable. The room smelled bad. It's hard to sleep when you can hear everything, the people nextdoor, the people upstairs, the people in the hallway, the staff slamming doors in the morning and yelling to one another. I would recommend staying anywhere else."

"Made reservations and paid through Expedia. Arrived and motels is closed for remodeling. Expedia's only response was company policy prohibits refunds!!!!"

We are Gypsy Hair Guru, a traveling hair and makeup team that specializes in weddings. Urstad accomadated our late arrival and our early departure. I told them not to worry about breakfast because we were leaving at 6:30am and they still brewed fresh coffee and put out a delicious blueberry muffin bread that was amazing. Thank you...
