Well I had booked this on the 17 paid partially 120 with one card through Zip the othe 70 on my card but they turn around and take 401.89 cent off my card and admit it’s in error but won’t fix or attempt to till Monday why would u do that ppl got other bills and things do then you taking ppl hard earned money

Property needs renovation. Carpet needs to be repaired. Some staff were wearing masks. Some days we were asked to wear disposable gloves as we went through the breakfast line.
