The motel is very old but the room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. No amenities. Just bed bath ac microwave and mini fridge. But the manager is very nice and helpful.

The bed was comfortable. The room was clean and recently remodeled. There was no microwave, no frig amd no hot water. We had booked for two nights. We stayd the first night and got another room elsewhere for the second night.
While the owner was pleasant. The property was not maintained. When we arrived the room was not cleaned from previous stay. There were holes in the walls and found a few different types of bugs. He did clean up the space by the time we returned and mentioned his staff had quit and was by himself.
Never again. This place was so unprofessional. Nothing was ready. The rooms were dirty upon arrival. Overall just disgusting. They were "cleaning the bathroom " while I was in the room. Beds weren't made. No towels. Just disgusting
Bed was comfortable(no blanket just 2 sheets), AC nice and cold, but fridge had old food/bug specks, microwave was dirty, and no weatherstripping around door allowed small bugs in.I stuffed towel under it to help. Staff helpful.close to railroad and noisy roads. It worked in a pinch, super cheap, but I not up to my standards.
We booked this hotel for a concert in Gainesville. When we arrived, there was five couples standing outside waiting to register. All of us needed to get to the concert in order to find parking before got too late. We waited an hour and 15 minutes for one couple to be processed. The gentleman who worked there was very nice, but was working with extremely limited resources. I think he did the best he could, but the rooms were substandard, dirty, and we didn’t get our room till 1:30 in the morning. I don’t want this poor fellow to lose his employment, but I don’t think this hotel should be listed on Expedia.
Im no first class flyer but this place is the worse place ive stayed in all across the country. Checked in at 3, came back at 11pm to a dirty room, waited 40 mins to come back in to a still dirty room with "fresh" sheets. Didnt stay the 2nd night. Took 40 mins to have hot water in the shower, this place is a joke look elsewhere unless your just paying for the hour
Window broke in bathroom, covered with small hand towel. Heater set to 79 and room still cold. Stained blankets. No microwave. Hot water took 20 minutes to get warm.
ROOM NOT READY AT 6PM. Fire alarm kept beeping, had to unscrew it. Door key wouldn't work coz paint on it. Manager had to get key. Room not ready, no wall hangings. Bed not made. No hot water. Feces all over toilet, literally. A/C- they had to put a new one in, after I checked in, I checked in about 5:30pm.
Needs turned in to Health Dept! Needs to close until place is really ready to rent. Totally a scam sham low life Dump.
Booked the room 3 days in advance. When i arrived they said there wasn't any rooms available. After an hour of checking he found my reservation but my room was in the middle of renovation and the door wouldn't open from the outside so he climbed through the window to open the room to show me. It was full of mattresses and construction supplies. They cleaned most of it out and put new bedding on one bed and put up a shower curtain. By this time it's after 2am and i just wanted to take a shower and get a couple hours of sleep. Next surprise wad they didn't have any towels and wash cloths or curtains for the windows right next to the bed i was sleeping in. I did not go back for the second night!
Never Stayed...FILTHY
We arrived Friday excited for a great weekend getaway, but unfortunately our experience started off terribly. When we arrived to check in, our room was not ready. We were told it would be prepared while we were out, and since our key wasn’t working, staff told us they would let us into the room when we returned.
When we first saw the room, it was absolutely disgusting. It honestly looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. I didn’t even want to put our belongings down. Apparently, it was one guy there with his two kids, and he claimed the staff had quit. Honestly, I don’t even think there was any staff at all.
Later that night, we went back to the office so they could open the room for us… only to find someone else already sleeping in it. 😳
The staff then attempted to offer us another room, but that room wasn’t ready either. We were told, “Let me change the sheets,” but the condition of that room was just as bad. At that point, we were beyond frustrated.
By the end of the night, we were exhausted, upset, and completely over the situation. We ended up driving all the way home and didn’t make it back until 4:45 in the morning.
Now I’m trying to get a refund since we never even stayed there. The guy told us he would refund us, but now nobody answers the phone. The number keeps giving a busy signal, the number on the receipt is no longer in service, and even Expedia hasn’t been able to get ahold of them.
The property reminded me of Bates hotel. The rooms were filthy. The floors look like they haven’t been swept or moped in years. The bathroom was horrible. The toilet or the sink looked like it had never been cleaned in years. Pictures online were very misleading and not accurate at all.
