"There are very few parking spaces outside the hotel, and there’s a fee to park there. Our room could’ve done with a deep clean and the bedside lamps working. The bathroom wasn’t clean either. The shower had a lot of orange limescale and the shower mat had some mould on it. The shower hose was leaking and so the jet wasn’t effective. The cleaner also hadn’t bothered to clean behind the door. I expected much better from a Holiday Inn and I won’t stay at this one ever again."

"The staff are very helpful. The hotel was close to Dewsbury where we were visiting family. The room was ok, but tired looking. The bed wasn’t that comfortable and the pillows were very lumpy. The curtains could do with being measured properly so they actually close. They were hung, but not every hook was up! It was only because it was convenient that we stayed here, we may have to look elsewhere next time."

"Easy check in procedure door code gets you into the building and room. Spacious room with modern kitchen and bathroom, well stocked tea/coffee etc and good hot water supply. Warm rooms and well stocked towels and bedding , only drawback is due to its location you get some noise and guests turning up at stupid o'clock in the morning. On the whole if you can get this for a good price its well worth it "
